that’s not Italian, that’s Romanian!
“Multumin pentru cazare” means “Thanks for the accommodation”.
“Am fost placut impresionati” means “I/we was/were very impressed”.
“Vom reveni cu siguranta” means “I/we will surely come again”.
My guess is one guest of the Muhr family mistook your guestbook for the hotel guestbook.
